CHRISTMAS 2010

Christmas this year was a big event at our house. Well I think it was a whole week long event. We started the 17th with a party with the Bench's followed by a party with the Stokers on the 20th, and then another party on the 22nd with the Orozco's which I hosted this year and it was a smashing success if I do say... We had so much fun between the three parties with the white elephant gifts. It is so good to get together with the ones you love and spend time together. On Christmas Eve it is a tradition of ours to go to my mom's house for dinner and open gifts with my mom and brothers. My kids get so excited to kick off Christmas at grandma's house. Uncle Dustin got to come home this year so it was an extra special gift to get to spend the holidays with him. We missed him last year while he was in IRAQ. By 9:00 the kids were begging to go home and get to bed so that they didn't miss Santa. In the morning they were pleased to see that all their GOOD behavior had paid off and Santa had been very generious.
That whole day was just presents after presents you'd think they would get tired of it but NOOOO way Boston just kept saying more presents please... Grandma and Grandpa Lloyd always get up early and come over to see what Santa brought too. We love having them. Then we always have a big breakfast at our house. Later in the Day Grandpa Orozco and Uncle D and Cody, Mel, and Carter came over for lunch. It is so good to spend time with family on Christmas.... But I am always glad when it is over ;) These are just a few of the Christmas photos I hope you enjoy!!!!

Birthday week!!!

So this week has been a crazy and busy week for the Lloyd family... Friday night McKayla had a sleep over with a bunch of her friends for her birthday.. the girls had so much fun. Aunt Noel came over and taught them a dance and they made a music video. I will see if I am smart enough to post it. Then the girls did mani-pedi's while watching a movie. I went to bed around 12:30 and they were still up giggling and talking... Needless to say Mckayla needed a nap the next day. Saturday afternon we took the kids to see MegaMind at the theater(it was so cute!) Sunday we had a family party for the kids and they were spoiled as usual. Aiden finally got the 4 wheeler he has been asking for all year. He hasnt gotten off of it for days and it has been really cold and rainy outside. Monday we went to the bowling alley so that Uncle Bart was able to come. Aiden got a Football Jersey from Bart and Noel. Aunt Tiff brought the kids some balloon hats that were pretty wild but the kids loved them. We have had an awesome week full of fun birthday activities but I am sure glad it is over.... till next year... that's what I get for having my kids 2 days apart.

HALLOWEEN 2010

Here are our fabulous Halloween costumes this year. We have "The Sultan and Cleopatra" "Mario and Luigi" and of course "Harry Potter and Hermionie" We loved getting dressed up for Halloween it is the highlight of our month. This year we took the kids to the annual trunk or treat and then of course Mckayla wanted to do some serious trick or treating with her older cousins which was a lot of fun. They were all sent on a scavenger hunt while they were out and she thought that was a lot of fun too. We are so blessed to have such great family and friends to share Halloween with. This is just the kick off to a great holiday season... It's my favorite time of year.

Fun September Pictures

Here is a bunch of random pictures of my family over the last two weeks while Dustin was home visiting. He has been in Iraq for the past 9 months so it was a sigh of relief to have him home with us even if it was just for a little while. The first few are at Cody's house for a football party... We have tons of fun just hanging out and all the kids thought it was fun playing with their uncle Dustin. The next two are at my house for an Orozco BBQ and of course I am not in any of the pictures because I am taking them. Then we have a couple at the pool for one last swim before summer is over and Ben and Dustin showing off their sweet cannon ball skills. Dustin even let Aiden and Mckayla try and beat his splash... I'm afraid you still one D...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABE!!!!

Ben has wanted to go do the Flow Rider for years now so we finally got up the courage and did it!!! It was so much fun. Ben was the only one who even tried to stand up on the surf board but unfortunately i don't have a picture of him at least not standing :) Sorry babe!

TAE-KWON-DO

Also this month Ryleigh decided that she was done with dance for a while and that she wanted to take TAE-KWON-DO. She is the only girl in a class of 7 kids... She loves it and is learning some good discipline. I should make all my kids do karate. :) Who would have thought my cute little princess Ryleigh would be kickin butt in TAE-KWON-DO...
